Automata completed a project for Al Rawabi Dairy Company in 2022, focusing on optimizing load distribution between the grid and biogas power generators. This project involved the design and implementation of a sophisticated system to control load switching using Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 controllers.
The primary objective was to efficiently manage the distribution of load between the grid and the biogas power generators, which produce 1300 kW of electricity. Our solution leverages the advanced capabilities of the Siemens S7-1200 PLC to ensure seamless and precise load control, optimizing energy usage and enhancing the overall reliability of the power supply system.
